Dry Dock formed the outline of this sophisticated arrange-ment in an opaque vase. Preserved Rhododendron leaveswere next placed as a frame-work for the ' Honesty flowers.'These were made by sticking Honesty seed pods into smallfir cones, giving them a false stem of wire. The materialwas held by Florapak which is ideal for dry arrangements.
A purple vase held thisarrangement of dry GoldenRod, and Yellow Statice.Poppy seed heads wereplaced low in the centre andwere surrounded by drypurplish Peony leaves. Funkia leaves dry the most vividyellow colour. Here they are placed ona pin holder in a purple plate. Heightwas obtained by the addition of a barebranch, whilst two dried mauve flowerheads of Artichoke formed the centreof interest. |
